Back when Volkswagen unveiled both the Golf Sportwagen and the Golf Alltrack, rumours led everyone to believe that both vehicles won’t be getting launched here in the US. Apparently, the rumours are wrong.
It seems that VW has reconsidered their decision and the German carmaker confirmed that both wagon version of the Golf will be making its debut here in the US. They will all be coming with engine options that are identical to the standard Golf which is inclusive of the TDI variant.
Unfortunately, there is no way to tell on the sort of transmissions that will be offered with the Golf Sportwagen and the Golf Alltrack but we can expect mores spills on this prior to the vehicles’ coming later this year.
At the moment, car junkies here in the US can stay content and start looking forward to seeing the Golf Sportwagen and Alltrack getting released here in the US. For them, this is a major sigh of relief as they have always been sanctioned from many wagon models that are German built.
