There have been numerous complaints from Verizon’s customers regarding the Samsung Galaxy Note 3’s sound quality as well as connectivity issues. Verizon responded to the feedbacks by releasing an update that will specifically fix the two issues mentioned.
There is a new build number: VRUBMJ7. It is just a simple update, probably a minor tweaking on the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 settings and should take about 5 minutes to complete. Some have already received the update notification via the Verizon’s update tool or over-the-air.
