Sony Xperia Z4 & Lollipop Leaked Screenshot

Sony has been very secretive on the upcoming Xperia Z4. Unlike the Z2 which was launched about a year ago, the smartphone is expected to come at a later date.

An industry insider shared with us that the Xperia Z4 will be making its entry after both the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the HTC One M9 gets released. In other words, there won’t be a Z4 coming in the month of March and its debut can even happen in June this year.

Even so, there is no doubt that when the Z4 gets released, it is going to come with the hallmark boxy design and the Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. In fact, consumers can already check out how the Z4 will appear like when running on the latest OS from Google.

This is possible thanks to the leaked screenshot that has been doing the rounds in the internet and it shows the Z4 running on Android 5.0.2. In one of the images, the Z4 settings profile confirms that it is a dual-SIM model. Furthermore, the fact that it is powered by the Snapdragon 810 processor simply confirms that the smartphone in the images is the Xperia Z4.

This is certainly exciting as none can dispute the fact that Sony has the best looking software application to cater the Android 5.0 Lollipop. On the downside of things, the Z4 is not expected to get distributed by carriers here in the US.
