Many thought that Sony is going to launch the Xperia Z4 in the coming weeks but instead, the Japanese tech firm is going to roll out the Xperia E4. This upcoming smartphone is going make its debut somewhere in April and here is what the device is going to offer.
For starters, the E4 is powered by the MediaTek MT6582 1.3GHz processor with 1GB of RAM and Mali-400MP2. Also, the E4 will have a total of 8GB internal storage and 2300mAh battery. To complete the package, the E4 is to come with 5MP rear shooter and 2MP front camera.
Unfortunately, this is some disappointing specs for the E4. We are not expecting much as the E4 is supposed to be a mid-tier device but the fact that it is equal or very slightly better than the E3 makes it not worthy of a successor.
To make things worse, we don’t understand why Sony is finding it super-hard to introduce LTE connectivity on their devices. 4G LTE is the new standard in smartphones regardless of their market and at this rate, the E4 has already lost the mid-range competition.
