Skylake 2015 Retina MacBook Pro: Likely or Unlikely?

About a month ago, Samsung made history when it invented the world’s first 14nm nanochips. The news came to the surprise of many since processor-focused company are still stuck with 20nm chips.

Now, Intel has come out of the dark to share that it too will look to launch its own 14nm processors in the near future. Known as the Skylake, the chip will be succeeding the Broadwell and it is said to be ready by mid this year.

If so, Apple fans should start getting hopeful as this means that the next-generation MacBook Pro might just come with this latest technology. Rumours have been indicating that the MacBook Pro is going to get developed in May and will look to get released somewhere in July.

Presuming that Skylake gets released in May or early June, it might get produced in time to feature in the future MacBook Pro. This would also mean that the laptop will be getting advanced wireless networking as well as charging.

Of course, details are still scarce at the moment but consumers can expect more news to come when Intel finally launches Skylake.
