Nobody really knows if there is ever going to be a sequel to the Shadow of Mordor game. Most of the details we have now are based on speculations but while we can’t really confirm whether the game is going to happen or not, we can still talk about some of the things that we would like to see when the game finally arrives.
The first game was pretty interesting but fans of the Middle Earth universe are hoping that in the next game, we will be allowed to travel outside of Mordor. The story was set before the whole Fellowship of the Ring and it would be interesting to see Middle Earth before all of that happened.
Some fans were also hoping that Monolith would change this up a little. As exciting as it was to kill Uruks, some fans felt like the game got a little too repetitive towards the end.
The main reason why people think a sequel might be happening was because of the ending of the first game but Monolith could have done that just to make sure they can continue the story if they wanted to but that does not mean that it is going to happen in the near future.
