In a matter of weeks from now, Samsung will be officially launching the all-new Galaxy S6. Even so, the smartphone is already applauded for being original and coming out with a nicer design that many can easily appreciate.
While the full technical details and benchmark tests are not out yet, we have decided to use the available resources to compare the Samsung Galaxy S6 with its bitter rival, the Apple iPhone 6 Plus.
Well, there isn’t much to say except for the fact that both the S6 and iPhone 6 Plus are amazingly similar in many ways. For starters, both devices are made of glass and metal but the 6 Plus obviously has bigger measurements.
Even on screen size, the 6 Plus is bigger as it boasts a 5.5” display that operates at full HD 1080p resolution. The Galaxy S6, on the other hand, has a 5.1”display that runs on 2560x1440p resolution With the S6 being smaller, it has shaper displays that measures at 577ppi.
In the field of photography, the S6 adopted the same 16MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. However, both shooters are tweaked to snap pictures like a pro. The iPhone 6 Plus comes with an 8MP rear camera and 1.2MP front shooter.
The surprising bit is that the S6 features non-removable batteries and fixed internal storage space that rangers from 16GB to 128GB. This made it no different from the iPhone 6 Plus and it is the sole reason to why the S6 will not succeed.
Some iPhone 6 users indicated that they decided not to switch to the S6 because it does not have microSD support and removable batteries. Both features are around for the previous Galaxy S smartphones and without them, the iPhone users see no point in switching brands.
