The Samsung Galaxy S drama is set to continue on into next year as while the Samsung Galaxy S5 has been out for under 6 months, attention has turned to the Samsung Galaxy S6. While the release date for the handset isn’t known, there are plenty of rumours and speculation going around.
We have heard that the Samsung Galaxy S6 should have a display of UHD at 2840 x 2160 resolution. Of course this is a rumour at the moment and there is no confirmation.
On the other hand we have heard that the display is going to be the Youm display which would be bent over the edges of the handset. On the other hand Samsung isn’t likely to launch a flagship handset without first testing out the curved display and getting the reaction of the public.
We heard that the Samsung Galaxy S6 may arrive with a 20MP camera and it could support 4K video recording and have OIS. But then reports have said that this was also said about the Samsung Galaxy S5 and it didn’t happen as there was a shortage of stock.
Android L has support for the 64 bit processor and the Samsung Galaxy S6 should have Android L when it arrives, so expect Samsung to include a 64bit processor. We could also see 4GB of RAM included in the handset.
It was said that we could see the Samsung Galaxy S6 comes out in late March or early April 2015.
