The Apple iPhone 6 and 6 Plus might be great but they are not as satisfying as the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Despite being a non-American company, Samsung managed to top the user experience chart with the Galaxy Note 4.
The chart was developed by American Customer Satisfaction Index and it saw the Note 4 resting at the top of the table. As for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, they both share the second spot.
The study pinpointed that the Note 4’s success is owed to its 5.7” screen. Apparently, this appeals to the masses as they desire for a device that is neither a smartphone nor a tablet. There is a category for that and it is called phablet. The thing is that the Note 4 is the best phablet here in the US.
