One of the longest running gaming series at the moment is Resident Evil. The horror-themed game first debut back in 1996 and has been instilling fear on the players ever since. Well, at least that was how it was supposed to be.
The latest Resident Evil 6 has been a success and Capcom has already initiated the production for Resident Evil 7.
The game developer revealed that the change in gameplay is best for Resident Evil. The game should be more on a post-apocalyptic tale instead of trying to scare the players. On top of that, Capcom revealed that the characters will grow more attractive in the upcoming Resident Evil 7.
In addition to that, Resident Evil will be made by a totally different team of developers. This is due to Capcom’s habit of tapping into new creative talent for each project.
The game developer concluded that it plans to make Resident Evil a global brand and that should be the case with Resident Evil 7. With plenty of new possibilities, there is no way the world will not want Resident Evil in their inventory.
