Forget COD Ghosts, Call Of Deity: Bible Chronicles Enters Spotlight

Today, even the best of games are not perfect. Say you are looking for a religion-based game that is at the same time an AAA action-packed adventure title, none will come to mind.

That was the case until a post on Kickstarter put Assassin’s Creed, Mass Effect and Call of Duty Ghosts in a blender and blended them together with a pinch of originality. The end product is known as The Call of Abraham.

Bible Chronicles: The Call of Abraham is an RPG game that transports you to the holy land. Players will be on an adventure of a lifetime, which will also offer the complete authentic bible experience. The only setback suffered is with the game’s rating. As we all know, the bible is full of violence and mature content. That wasn’t the case with Call of Duty Ghosts which still is the best selling game at the moment.

The game developer viewed this as an honourable opportunity as every killing or murder in the game is something that shaped today’s world. At times, the choice to avoid violence will bring in tons of rewards to the players.

At the moment, the game developer is collecting donations in a bid to create the game. Gamers who find it interesting can donate $25 and receive a digital copy of the game for free. The fund raiser is aimed at $450, 000. This will be inclusive of a console copy, a Spanish version and an expanded content. Gamers who’ve donated $5000 will get to rule one of the city-states.

It is unsure on how the game will turn out to be but from the description, it looks like a Call of Duty Ghosts set in the medieval era.
