Talks about Rockstar working on the sequel for the Red Dead Redemption has been going on for some time. We know that Rockstar intends to make the game into a franchise like the GTA franchise but the next Red Dead Redemption game we will be getting might not be the sequel after all.
Before E3, there were a few leaks including the new title of the game, a map as well as a possible release window. It was rumored that Red Dead Redemption 2 was going to be released in 2017 but now new rumors are saying that Rockstar will be releasing a remaster version of the first game, a Red Dead Redemption HD.
The rumor started when Gamefocus.co.kr reported that the Red Dead Redemption remastered version was going to arrive in 2017 and will be released on the Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
We do not know if the game was going to be release alongside the sequel or will it be the only Red Dead Redemption in 2017. The site aso added that more will be announced on the 7th of September so we won’t have to wait long to know if this is real or not.
While we have nothing agasint remasters, we would be devastated if this arriv instead of a sequel.
