A new video has gone viral on YouTube and it is the teaser for the upcoming Polaris Slingshot. Prior to the video release, the rumours have been hinting that Polaris will be developing a three, or four, wheel vehicle that is aided by the Campagna KTM or CAN-AM.
However, the video didn’t actually go into detail about the Project Slingshot. For all we know, the vehicle will be powered by a 2.4 liter Ecotec engine that will produce 180hp and 233Nm of torque.
If this is true, then the reverse dike will surely be a thrilling ride that should be used for leisure purposes instead of being a mean of transportation. Then again, we still can’t tell on what sort of driving system the Slingshot will run on but many believed it to be a FWD system.
Nevertheless, the video gave us a peek inside the vehicle. There, we can see that the Slingshot has a meter of 6,500rpm, thus confirming it to be a high-performance vehicle.
