Who knew that the individual values in the Pokemon eggs can be manipulated to get that perfect IV creature that players could ever dream of? At first, the Pseudo RNG abuse was practiced on live Pokemon but now, it can also be done on Pokemon eggs.
Of course some requirements have to be met in order to execute it successfully. They are as follow:
1. A pair of Test Parents with different IVs. The egg group does not matter and players can refer to the Battle Institute for accurate information on the matter.
2. A Destiny Knot which can be obtained in the 2nd floor of Cyllage City Hotel and an Everstone.
3. A Pokemon that can perform either Flame Body or Magma Armor, and can Fly like Talonflame.
4. A set of Pokemon which is the subject of RNG that must have 2/3 perfect IVs.
5. A proper IV calculator.
6. Hatching O-power (optional).
Flashing Instructions
1. Give one of the Pokemon the Destiny Knot and leave them at the Day Care.
2. After hatching the egg, check the Pokémon’s summary and counts its IV.
3. If satisfied, reset the game and swap the parents with other couples that matches the inherited IV.
4. Hatch the egg to successfully complete the process.
