While Microsoft was busy showing off their new Microsoft Xbox One S and the upcoming Scorpio at E3 this year, Sony decided to keep their upcoming Playstation Neo’s lid shut this year.
However, Sony has made it clear that the release of the Playstation Neo will not affect how Playstation 4 players will get to enjoy the PlayStation VR. While those that purchase the upgraded Playstation Neo might be able to enjoy a better VR experience, Sony made it clear that the vanilla Playstation 4 players will still be able to enjoy the Playstation VR.
That way, Playstation 4 customers won’t feel like they need to sell their current console and get the new one to enjoy what Sony will be offering is the coming years.
Many fans have compared this to Microsoft to seems to be emphasizing that players that go for upcoming Project Scorpio will be the ones enjoying the real VR experience.
