If you are planning to purchase the latest smartwatch from Pebble, Pebble Time, it is best to put yourself on hold. This is because there is an issue with Pebble Time and it saw the first manufactured batch being shipped back to the laboratory.
However, it is unsure if the problem is with the Pebble Time or the iPhone it is meant to be paired to. In detail, the Pebble Time iPhone app’s status on the AppStore is still in review and not considered as released. This confirms that the Pebble Time is being delayed further.
Earlier today, we received word that the issue is due to a bug found in Pebble Time’s software. This has got Apple rejecting the device, at least, until the issue is solved.
Then again, some are citing that Apple is doing so on purpose as they intend to boost the sales of the Apple Watch. We don’t think this is the case as the Pebble team has already hinted on rolling out a fix for the issue on the Pebble Time. As such, it is best to wait a little longer before buying the Pebble Time.
