In the past, the only way you can purchase the OnePlus smartphone is if you get an invite. Well, One Plus has now announced that they will be doing away with that.
While they might have their reason for introducing the invite system, the fans were not too happy about it as some of them had to wait months before they can get their hands on the smartphone.
According to OnePlus, the new OnePlus 3 will be release invite-free right from the start which means you won’t have to sit and wait for your turn. OnePlus explained that they had to implement the invite only system in the beginning because they team was small and they did not want the fans to put in an order and wait for months before the smartphone arrives.
The new OnePlus 3 will be released on the 14th of June at 3pm EST.
