After years of waiting for Ford to bring back the Ford Bronco, the fans finally got what they wanted but is the new Ford Bronco really going to be what the fans have been asking for?
We know that the new Ford Bronco will be based on the new Ford Ranger but the Bronco is not the only SUV in the market that is based on the Ranger. While Ford decided to stop selling the Ford Ranger here in the US, the truck was still going strong in markets like Australia and in Australia, there is actually an SUV based on the Ford Ranger called the Ford Everest.
Does this mean that the Bronco we are getting is going to be an Everest clone? Well, not really. While they might be based on the same model, the Ford Ranger, the Ford Bronco will actually be riding on a shortened version of the T6 platform, a different platform than the one the Everest is sitting on right now.
