New Dragon Age 3 Details Somewhat Disappointing Although Expected

There has been plenty of hype building towards the release of Dragon Age Inquisition (Dragon Age 3) and as we near the game’s release date, new details simply popped the game’s bubble.

Dragon Age has been around for some time and it is one of the biggest RPG title around. The upcoming Dragon Age 3 received a lot of attention since it will be the first AAA RPG title coming to the next-gen consoles.

However things soon started to slow down for the highly anticipated game. One fan has been enquiring on Twitter if the fan-favourite character, Alistair, will return in Dragon Age 3. To the excitement of the fans, Bioware’s Mark Darrah responded with a big yes. The turnoff occurred not long later when Bioware revealed that Alistair will not be able to join any party.

For a character that will play a major part in Dragon Age 3, it is a huge let down to learn that the players can’t claim Alistair to be in their party.

Both creative director, Mike Laidlaw, and lead writer, David Gaider, revealed that Morrigon will also have a major role in the game. Similarly to Alistair, it won’t be able to join a party. The lads from Bioware felt that it is best to let out now then leaving the fans in disappointment after wards.

Nevertheless, Bioware will look to give other character a boost in the game. Morrigon will certainly have a lot of screen time and will look to be part of the game’s storyline.
