Motorola Droid 5: Is This QWERTY Android Coming?

Most smartphones today offers touchscreen interactivity that they all look almost the same with each other. This is where Motorola stands out as it is the only manufacturer that still has a line of smartphones that relies on a physical QWERTY keyboard.

The Motorola DROID is one of the most unique lines of devices in the world. The DROID devices all came with a QWERTY Slider, which appeals to a portion of the consumers. Unfortunately, it has been months or years since Motorola released the DROID 4 and there is still no news on the DROID 5.

The highly anticipated successor is heavily rumoured to make its debut in February this year but it ended up as a no-show. Now, word has it that the Motorola Droid 5 will be making its entry in CTIA or MWC next year.

Fans of the DROID devices have been going to Motorola’s forum page to make their interest for the DROID 5 known. By now, the manufacturer should be aware of what the fans want.

All in all, the Motorola DROID 5 remains to be a mysterious subject. If there is to be a successor to the DROID 4, fans are hoping that it will come with all the great features and sized perfectly like the DROID 2.
