Some people seems to swear that their switch to a Windows powered smartphone was the best decision they have ever made but it is clear that not all people seem to share that thought as some users have gone on Reddit to rant about why they ended up giving up their Windows powered device.
A user with a Lumia 925 said that he ended up giving up his Windows Phone because of the apps. As much as he liked the hardware, software, and design of the device, he just had enough of having to wait for some of the popular apps to arrive like Facebook and Messenger. It was also frustration when the Instagram app that they had were on beta for such a long time.
Another Windows Phone users also reported that he really like the Microsoft Lumia 640 that he got and he doesn’t really mind using it as his main smartphone right now but he admitted that he had to get an Android smartphone as a secondary phone because he did not want to be left out.
