A lot of people felt like Microsoft got too excited about the Microsoft Xbox Scorpio and announced it way too soon. The console, which will only be released late next year was announced at E3 2016 and although it is nice to know that it is in the works, many are saying Microsoft made the wrong move.
It is said that by showing off the Microsoft Xbox Scorpio now, Microsoft will be distracting the fans from the new Xbox One S which Microsoft will be releasing this year. Will there still be people buying the Xbox One S now that they now a more powerful model is just a year away?
Well, with the kind of price the Scorpio will be asking for, we do not think the Scorpio will affect the Xbox One S in a long run. We would think that the Xbox One S buyer would be even more unhappy if they find out about the Xbox Scorpio after buying the One S.
