As if the base model is not already offering more than enough power, Brabus decided to turn up the power dial and offer the Mercedes-AMG S63 Cabriolet with more than 800hp.
Called the Brabus 850 6.0 Biturbo Cabrio. The based of the powerful cabriolet is the Mercedes-AMG S63 Cabriolet. After some tweaking and tuning by Brabus, the vehicle will now be able to deliver about 838hp with its 6.0-liter engine which will be mated to a seven-speed auto transmission.
The engine was given a few upgrades including new connecting rods, cylinder heads, intake module, forged pistons, crankshaft, exhaust system and more. With the upgraded engine, The 850 Cabrio will be able to go from 0-60mph in 3.8seconds with a top speed of 155mph.
As amazing as that sound, we can’t help but feel that the upgrade is a little bit pointless. After the upgrade, the Cabriolet is now 0.3 seconds faster than the base model and how often wold you be able to really push it all the way to 155mph.
