With the success Microsoft has been having with their Surface tablets, it made sense that their next move will be transitioning from tablet to smartphone and many fans believe that Microsoft will be or is currently working on a new Surface Phone.
While we have not heard of any Surface Phone news from Microsoft, there have been more than a few hints that Microsoft could indeed be working on a Surface Phone.
It was recently pointed out that Microsoft has already bought the surfacephone.com domain. Of course, they could have bought it just in case they needed it in the future or they could have bought it to avoid people from using it but the fact is that it is theirs now and people are speculating that this could mean that a Surface Phone is going to happen.
Microsoft also hinted that they are trying to bring in a new smartphone that would be different from what the market is offering. A smartphone that could run like a PC would be different.
