Fans have been hoping that Mazda would work on a new Mazda RX-9 model but according to Mazda, that will only happen if they manage to come out with the right rotary engine for the Mazda RX-9.
The last we heard, Mazda is currently working on a new rotary engine but whether or not it will lead to more is still a mystery. With vehicles like this, there are bound to be countless of rumors and speculations out there and one of the rumors that we are hearing right now is that the engine is going to be a hybrid engine.
If that is the case, it is also possible that the Mazda RX-9 will come with a much bigger price tag since all the performance model that we have seen gone hybrid all came with a price hike.
There were also talks about Mazda aiming for it to hit the 400hp mark and that the new model will only weigh about 2900pounds. What are you hoping to see if the Mazda RX-9 does get the greenlight?
