Last we heard from Bioware regarding Mass Effect 4, the game developer revealed that the upcoming title is going to come with an online mode. Right at that point of time, we imagined the mode to be exactly like the one on Dragon Age Inquisition.
After all, both the Mass Effect series and the Dragon Age series have been closely developed with each other hence they share many similar features. As such, we won’t be surprised if Mass Effect 4 multiplayer online mode will be near-similar to that on Dragon Age Inquisition.
Fans of the Mass Effect series shouldn’t worry about it if the mode really does turns out to be like the one on Dragon Age Inquisition. This is because the multiplayer online feature will be offered in a separate mode and it won’t have any effect on Mass Effect 4’s main plot.
Of course, this is just our assumption on the online feature for Mass Effect 4. We will confirm more on this once Bioware shed more light on the matter and this is expected to happen at E3 next month.
