Maserati Hits Panic Button On Levante SUV

The Maserati Levante was supposed to be the model that Maserati will use to secure their position is the SUV market but things are not going smoothly for Maserati and their Levante SUV.

Just a month after the first recall, Maserati is now recalling the Maserati Levante once again. According to the report, there might be a transmission glitch with the Maserati Levante where the transmission might shift to neutral. There is also the issue about the engine shutting down when the speed of the vehicle is at two miles per share.

A total of 1515 units will be recalled this time which might not sound like a lot but that is actually all the Levante that they have sold in the US. The fixed will be to upgrade the software of the vehicle.

The last upgrade was to fix the reversing camera. Hopefully, this will be the last recall we see for the Maserati Levante.
