MacBook Users: Should You Wait For Microsoft Office 2014?

Microsoft Office is considered to be compulsory software for every computer-based works. Regardless of what platform users are in, it appears that everyone needs Microsoft Office. This includes students, office-works, designers, teachers and everyone else.

The issue at the moment is with the MacBook users. They are in a dilemma on whether they should register for Microsoft Office 2011 or wait for Microsoft Office 2014 which is coming out later this year.

This isn’t a problem for Windows’ users as they get to enjoy Office 2013. The solution is simple. MacBook users can register their Office 2011 with Office 365 subscription. That way, when Office 2014 comes out, they can simply upgrade to the latest version without any additional charges.

On the other hand, users can choose to wait. While other worksheet-softwares are not as great as the Microsoft Office, it should be able be an adequate platform for productivity. At least, this is until Office 2014 comes out.

Being the world’s most used and relied on software; Microsoft Office can get very costly. As such, it is either users subscribe to Office 365 or wait for the next Office version.
