We are not surprise that LG is not in a rush to release the Marshmallow update for the LG G2, in fact, many believe that the LG G2 will not be getting the system update which is to be expected since the smartphone is already a few years old but it looks like there might still be hope.
A Verizon LG G2 was spotted getting benchmarked. The best part is that the device was running on the Android Marshmallow. Of course, while this does not necessarily mean that an OS update is on the way, the result suggest that the LG G2 is still powerful enough to run on the Android Marshmallow despite being a few years old.
Even if LG does not release an update, the results might prompt some custom ROM developers to come out with a custom Marshmallow ROM for the LG G2 since it is clear that it can run on it.
