The popular PlayStation 3 game, The Last of Us, is about to get a boost when the DLC gets rolled out to the game. The online shopping centre, Amazon, is looking to offer gamers two digital extras on the DLC if the customers reserved the single player expansion. That makes it look weird since now consumers have to pre-order a DLC to get a DLC.
However, the additional content on the game are actually kind of great. The first digital extra is actually a short comic book series co-written by the creative director of The Last of Us, Neil Druckmann. Secondly, the next extra is a dynamic theme based on the protagonists of the DLC, Ellie.
The official DLC has a price tag of $14.99 over at Amazon although players can also purchase a season pass, single-player expansion and new multiplayer contents all in one price of $19.99. It is not so bad considering it is some addition to a game that is already great.
When you’re bored or looking for something different, go ahead and pamper yourself to the comic you’ve received upon reservation of the DLC.
