The latest is Amazon which has started offering the game on pre-order. The Kingdom Hearts 3 ad on Amazon came with all the precise information except for the release date. Hence, this makes it a placeholder that is pending for confirmation and this is why fans should not do a pre-order yet.
Also, this is partly because there is still a chance for Kingdom Hearts 3 to get its release date delayed or cancelled. For better assurance on this, it is best to wait until E3 next week.
