Kia already has the Kia Soul to compete with the Mazda CX-3 but it looks like the Soul won’t be able to it on its own and that is where the Kia Provo comes in.
The Provo Concept was shown off a few years ago and it looks like Kia is almost ready to turn it into a sub-compact crossover model. We are not sure if it will be called Provo when it arrives, though.
The new model will be sitting on the new Rio platform. If the rumor is true, the new model will be coming in to compete with models like the Jeep Renegade, Mazda CX-3, and Toyota C-HR.
There is not a whole lot of details about the new subcompact crossover model right now but it is believed that Kia will be showing off the new model at the Los Angeles Auto Show this year.
