Jeep is showcasing the new Jeep Wrangler Red Rock concept at this year’s SEMA show, which is based on the current Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock edition. It is to honour the Red Rock 4-Wheelers club and the Easter Jeep Safari it hosts every year in Moab.
The Red Rock concept comes with a 2-inch lift kit with 17-inch beadlock wheels and 35-inch all-terrain tires. Besides that, the vehicle has differential covers, a power winch, an onboard CB radio, a reinforced swing gate and wheel mount, and LED headlamps and fog lights. The Jeep Wrangler Red Rock Concept boasts electronic locking differentials, Dana 44 solid axles front and rear, and Rock-Trac transfer case to help with bumpy rides.
The exterior of the Red Rock Concept gets special touches such as the red tow hooks front and rear, power-doom hood, low-gloss bumpers, new rock tails, and special badging. The interior, on the other hand, gets a brown leather with silver accents finishing and special grab-handle plaque.
However, you have to go to the show floor in Vegas to see it because this Jeep Wrangler Red Rock Concept is a showpiece only. Jeep might come out with 50 examples of this special edition to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Easter Jeep Safari in 2016.
