The rumours are rife in claiming that Apple is developing the iPhone 6C and it is going to make its debut later this year. The 6C will be a direct successor to the iPhone 5C. This basically means that the iPhone 6C is going to be the cheapest sixth-gen iPhone.
With the iPhones growing in size, there is a void for consumers that are wishing for a smaller iPhone. At the moment, they can only opt for the old iPhone 5S. The iPhone 6C is going to be the solution to this and now, there are more evidence pinpointing to its coming,
An insider from Apple revealed that the company had just completed a deal with AU Optronics to produce 4” display. Obviously, the screen will be utilized on the iPhone 6C.
Of course, the above is still based on rumours and they are best taken with a pinch of salt. If the iPhone 6C is truly coming, Apple will definitely mention it at the ongoing WWDC.
