The Apple iPhone 6 is gaining more and more decibels with every passing day. Consumers are desperate to know the release date of the iPhone 6 which has yet to be announced by the American tech-giant.
This is no longer the case following the latest Apple’s press release. It seems that the company is heavily promoting the Worldwide Developers’ Conference happening this 2nd of June. The event will stretch across 5 days all the way to the 6th of June.
Apple announced that there won’t be any invitations sent. Instead, those interested on being part of the WWDC will have to request for a ticket. Their request will be put in a lucky draw and the lucky bunch will get the tickets to the event.
Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, Philip Schiller, revealed that Apple can’t wait to demonstrate the latest advance with the iOS and OS X. This is so that the developers will get the scoop and look forward to producing next-gen apps.
Other attendees to this event include 200 places for student scholarships and the National Center for Women & Information Technology. Of course, the latter will be there to promote the growth for tech engineers for the women.
With all the hype and anticipation for this year’s WWDC, there is a chance for Apple to unveil the iPhone 6. After all, this upcoming device is rumoured to be a twin with one being at 4.7 inch while the other at 5.5 inch. Both devices will run on the latest A8 processor and the iOS 8.
