Titanfall Monsters DLC Release Date: What’s The Latest News

Fans of Titanfall will be happy to know that three DLCs are in the making and will be out this year, however what everyone wants to know, is when? Respawn and EA haven’t said a great deal, however they have been quick off the mark to sell a season pass for the content for Titanfall and have had people pre-paying for it. We are expecting the content to make its way out something in the summer months but we don’t know exactly when. Respawn did talk about some things that we will see with the DLC and they have told us that some of the things will be free of charge.

Vince Zampella said that paid for DLCs would be offered along with freebies by way of updates. He said “There are things we want in the game that we didn’t get to ship in the final game. We’ll add private matches and things like that for free.”

Titanfall does happen to be a great game but it seems that there is less by way of variety than some other games out there at the moment. One of the most noticeable things is not being able to have private matches. Some gamers have said that they would like to see a free-for-all mode in the game. One thing that we know is that the developers are bringing out new maps.

“We are going to have maps added,” Respawns’ PR/Community maven Abbie Heppe told IGN. What happens to be interesting about this is what she said when she was asked about the Titanfall DLC arriving and it including some of the monsters that had been in the official artwork book.

“We’re trying to give players as much of a varied look at things as we can so that is definitely a possibility,” she said. We know that there will not be any new titans, Heppe said that it takes a great deal of work to design one that would fit in with the balanced system of the game.

Gamers have an idea about the Titanfall DLC maps, games modes and possibly the giant monsters that are coming out and they will be hoping that they get a lot for their money. Respawn has done a superb job with Titanfall and the game has sold very well. Gamers would not want botched DLCs to arrive thanks to rushing as this would take away from all the good that has already been done.

We have no idea what Respawn might offer by way of the first DLC, but one thing that is known is that they will make a follow up by way of Titanfall 2. But that is all we know about it.
