iPhone 6: A US Product That’s Cheaper Almost Everywhere In The World

The latest Apple iPhone 6 was released on a global scale early last month and like its predecessors, the device is probably the most expensive in the market. Americans should not complain on the iPhone’s high pricing as there are other countries that are paying more than them for the iPhone 6.

The highest is in Turkey, where they have to pay a whopping 2,350 Turkish Lira for the iPhone 6. This is equivalent to $1,050 in US dollars. The larger iPhone 6 Plus, on the other hand, sells at $1200 in Turkey. Imagine how the Turks will be thankful if they can purchase the smartphone here in America.

To be precise, the entire Europe continent is selling the iPhone 6 at a higher price than America. The cheapest in Europe is at Switzerland where the iPhone 6 is retailing for 650 Euros. This is equivalent to $815 here in America. Aside from Turkey, the iPhone 6 prices peak at Italy where the device retails at 750 Euro on average.

On the other hand, the iPhone 6 is particularly cheap over at Asia. In fact, the smartphone is about $15 cheaper in Japan than in America. Even countries like Hong Kong, Singapore and UAE are also able to offer the smartphone at a cheaper rate than Europe. Perhaps, this is due to the smartphone being shipped straight from China.

Regardless, the fact remains that iPhones in America are at among the lowest price when compared worldwide. This is something Americans need to be wary off.
