2015 Chevrolet Colorado Review: A Truck Class Badass

The next-generation Chevrolet Colorado has already been released and it is currently the most popular pickup trucks in America. This cannot be blamed as the Colorado offers a great design, adequate power and great fuel consumption ratings.

Also, the Colorado arrived in a wide variety of selections. For starters, there are two different wheelbase measurements- 128” and 140”. Also, consumers can choose from either extended or crew cabs. The former comes with rear passenger seats with a 6-foot bed while the latter has only two-doors with a longer bed.

Then there is the top-of-the-range Z71 Chevy Colorado. This beauty arrived with a set of 17” wheels all wrapped nicely under all-terrain tyres. Also, it comes with a body-colored grille, uniquely tuned springs and shocks, and a special steering wheel.

Under the hood, the Colorado is primarily offered with the 2.5L inline-four petrol engine that produces 193hp while being paired to a 6-speed manual transmission. On the other hand, consumers can opt for the larger capacity 3.6L V6 mill that offers 300hp.

Inside the vehicle, everything is kept neat and tidy. The best perk of them all is with the Colorado’s sound insulator which does a superb job in keeping the noise out on the roads and away from inside the cabin.

At the moment, there is a lot of demand for the Chevrolet Colorado and the carmaker is having a tough time supplying the truck. Let’s just hope that Chevrolet will replenish the stocks on time before the hype runs out of juice.
