Some users highlighted that resetting the phone’s network settings will fix the issue.
Also, it removes the battery backup for most Apple devices. Users revealed that following the iOS 7.1 update, their devices saw much higher power consumption. One user claims that before the update, his iPhone 5S is able to last for 24hours. After the update, he can only managed with 12hours of battery life.
