This latest thing to come from Apple patches just about every loophole Evad3rs have been exploiting. On top of that, the iOS 7.1 comes with a revamped security system which seemed unbreakable. Evad3rs have already made it no secret that they will be inactive temporarily and will return for the iOS 8.
As such, it is best for jailbreakers to avoid updating their device at all cost. At least, refrain from doing so at least until the next jailbreak gets released.
The signs are still great following Winocm’s demonstration of the untethered iOS 7.1 running on his iPhone 4. Then there is the participation of iH8sn0w which is handling the iPhone 4S.
As the progress is being made by the two different hackers, there is a high chance for the iOS 7.1 to be exploited in the near future. Once it is cracked, fans can expect the iOS 7.1 jailbreak to be added on their respective websites like how ‘Twerking’ was added to the Oxford dictionary.
