HTC is going to launch a new update to the One M9 tomorrow and it will see a big improvement on the device. It was revealed on Twitter that the biggest improvement is with the One M9’s battery life.
The Twitter account, LlabTooFeR showed a screenshot of his One M9’s battery usage and it showed 97% used in about 1 day and 5 hours. The interesting bit is that the One M9 was fully utilized throughout the battery test.
Other notable improvements include the camera. It is understood that HTC performed some white balance correction on the One M9’s camera and this drastically enhances the quality of the photos taken with the device.
The update will bump the firmware version up to 1.40 and it will be released OTA. One M9 users can expect to receive the update prompt soon.
