Very soon from now, HTC will be launching the Android 5.1 Lollipop update for the One M9. According to a new leak, the update will see the One M9 coming with multi-user, display colour control and some UI changes.
Well, this is not enough for the HTC users as they believe that the Sense UI needs a complete overhaul to cater the Lollipop OS from Google. This is evident by looking at the Samsung Galaxy S6. The latter basically has more material design in the UI than the One M9.
For years already, the Sense UI has been perceived as one of the best systems in the mobile world. Heck, even Samsung users agreed that it is better than TouchWiz. However, it is not optimized for the Android 5.1 Lollipop and this shows that a change is needed.
Of course, it is unsure if there is sufficient time for the Sense UI to get updated as the Android M is already nearing its release. Maybe HTC might just learn from their errors with the Lollipop and ensure that things are better on the Android M.
