It looks like the HTC One M9 can be one step ahead of the other Android-powered devices like the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Sony Xperia Z5 now that HTC is ready to roll out the Android 7.0 Nougat for the HTC One M9.
We know that the update will not be too far away after HTC release the update for the HTC 10 model. Now, the HTC One M9 users will also be getting the update. The update will officially be available on the 6th of December but of course, HTC will be rolling it out in stages so you might not be the first to get the update.
The update will only be available for the unlock model. As for those using the carrier version, the update should only be arriving next year. Once HTC is done with the HTC One M9, the HTC One A9 should be the next smartphone to get the update.
