XDA developers had just launched the all-new Liquid Smooth ROM yesterday and it contains the Android 5.0 Lollipop. Better known as the LS ROM, the firmware is designed specifically for the HTC One M7.
This means that One M7 users can now manually update to the Android 5.0 Lollipop with the aid of the LS ROM. Of course, the firmware is still in its early build and there are bound to be some minor issues with it.
Regardless, XDA has already promised that the LS ROM will be updated accordingly to be free of any problems. So if One M7 users wish to get a taste of the Lollipop, they can head down to XDA’s website for the instructions and the LS ROM itself.
Of course, please do note that performing the update manually will rid the device off its warranty. In addition to that, we will not be held for any damages that occur due to the installation process.
