HTC has finally launched the Android 5.0 Lollipop update to the old One M7. However, many M7 users are staying away from applying the update as they fear that the new firmware will only destroy their device and force them to perform an upgrade.
Then again, this didn’t happen at all. We have updated our One M7 since day one and have yet to complain on any issues. Yes, there are some bugs here and there but they are mostly minor issues and have little effect on the One M7. Besides, no update is perfect right?
Hence, if you are still staying away from the Lollipop update, we advise you to re-think your decision. The Android 5.0 Lollipop sent to the One M7 is not problematic and it is safe to use.
