Honda Odyssey Might Get A Piece Of Pacifica Hybrid

Waymo, the self-driving car company owned by Google seems to be making some pretty huge progress. They are currently working with Chrysler to get their Pacifica Hybrid to run on their autonomous tech and it looks like Honda might also want to join in the fun.

New reports are suggesting that Honda might be working with Waymo integrate some fo their models with the self-driving software that Waymo has to offer now. It is said that if the agreement goes through, Honda will have their engineers to work directly with Waymo to get the job done.

We still do not know which car Honda plans to offer Waymo but there were some speculations suggesting that it might be the Honda Civic as well as the Honda CR-V. Others think that Honda might offer up the Honda Odyssey so that it can compete with the Chrysler Pacifica.

FCA is already one step ahead of Honda as they are already planning to release the 100 units of autonomous Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid on to the road next year.
