Half Life fans have waited more than ten years to hear an announcement on half Life 3 but unfortunately, that has yet to happen.
For some of the non-Half Life fans, they are getting tired of listening to the whines of the Half Life fans on various gaming forums. Hence, the non-Half Life fans are suggesting for Valve to get the services of a third-party developer to produce Half Life 3.
The suggestion was met with a huge disbelief shown by the entire Half Life community as the feel that having a third party developer to create Half Life 3 is ridiculous and nonsensical.
The entire Half Life series was produced by Valve and it is regarded as one of the best gaming franchises in the world. Also, it does not need a rocket scientist to know that Half Life 3 is going to create a global phenomenon when released.
This is enough to explain why Valve will not pass Half Life 3’s development to a third party company. The Half Life brand is Valve’s golden product and they also desire to see their name stamped in history for producing Half Life 3.
