Rockstar has confirmed that the updates for GTA 5 on the Xbox 360 and PS3 are fast approaching an end. The game developer explained that this is due to the hardware constraints on the older generation consoles.
Of course, Rockstar promises to end the updates with a bang and that is through launching the highly anticipated Heist DLC. Xbox 360 and PS3 GTA 5 players have never stopped requesting for Rockstar to launch the heist feature on the game’s multiplayer mode, GTA Online, and now it seems that their wish is about to come true.
This is also supported by the findings of a hacker that discovered a Test DLC file in GTA 5’s hidden folders and suggests it to be the upcoming Heist DLC. After all, the Test DLC was dated back at the last server inactivity, which hints it to be something massive.
On the downside of things, Rockstar has yet to share on when the DLC will be ready for its debut. Nevertheless, GTA 5 players can look forward to rob banks with their friends in a matter of months from now
