GTA 5 is fast approaching its year-old birthday and surprisingly, there is still no heist on the multiplayer game mode, GTA Online. Game developer Rockstar has yet to give an update on the matter but fans continue to believe that the DLC will come with the 1.17 update.
This belief was created by a leak from the Xbox Live marketplace source code, which is revealed to have an affiliation with the Test DLC and the recent maintenance work. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, GTA Online was temporarily ceased for Rockstar to test on an unknown content. Even though nothing was revealed by the game developer, many assumed it to be the heist DLC.
One hacker has been snooping inside the Xbox Live marketplace and spotted a new Leaderboard feature parked under GTA 5’s folder. The hacker went on to reveal that the heist DLC will be released in either 23 September or 30 September.
Of course, there is no telling if the hacker is spot on with his discovery which is why players should take it with a pinch of salt. If there is going to be the heist DLC, Rockstar will be throwing a party just like how it was with the I’m Not A Hipster DLC.
