Last November, Google created headlines after it launched the all-new Nexus 6 smartphone and as cliché as it sounds, the device came out with a large 6” display to tally up with its name. Also, the Nexus 6 is packed with tons of great features but we are not going to discuss about them today. Instead, we are here to uncover the issues with the device.
It took us a while to seek and share the flaws on the Google Nexus 6 but eventually, we manage to uncover them all. Truly, the Nexus 6 is a great device as there is only a small handful of issues with the smartphone.
The first fault is with the cameras. Throughout history, Nexus devices have never been able to offer a powerful photography experience. The Nexus 6 was thought to change that as it comes with a sharp 13MP rear shooter but it failed to impress entirely. We tested out snapping pictures all over the place and realized that when the LED flash is used, images captured will be bleached out.
Then there is the issue on size. People always say that bigger is better but those same people are also wishing for one-handed ability. This is impossible on the Nexus 6 which is disappointing as Google could have introduced a software tweak that can allow one-handed usage like the Samsung Note 4 and the iPhone 6 Plus.
The final issue is with the face detection security system. It might sound sophisticated but the device simply fails in actually working efficiently at all. One of our guys was playing around with this feature but unfortunately, the face detection tool can’t recognize him at all.
